Repair Café

What is a repair cafe
Repair Cafés are free community events where people bring broken items and work with volunteer experts to fix them. It’s a place to learn, share skills, and connect with others while reducing landfill waste. Whether it’s a frayed jumper, a flickering lamp, or a silent violin, Repair Cafés help give your belongings a second life.
Kinross-shire Repair Café is part of a global movement that champions sustainability and community spirit. We’re proud to host regular events that empower people to repair rather than replace. Our volunteers are passionate, skilled, and ready to help—and we welcome everyone, whether you’re bringing something to fix or just curious to learn.
