DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special celebration of green Christmas ideas. \nRepair cafe and climate cafe will come together to offer a special program of festive attractions. \nAt Climate Cafe we will have lots of attractions: \n\nTalk about Mhor Energy\, novel battery technology from Kinross!\nDemonstration of Furoshiki – a sustainable Japanese gift wrapping\nFairtrade stall with Karena Jarvie with lovely Christmas ethical gifts\ncrafts – making Scandinavian woven heart baskets.\n\nAt Repair Cafe our repair volunteers will be repairing any last minute faults of your Christmas decorations and giving a new life to your winter wear. We will have Electricians\, Textile Repairers and a Handy Gold hand Volunteer.\nAdditional attraction – Christmas raffle to share gifts and support our organisation. \nWe will be sharing ideas for sustainable Christmas with warm drink and mince pies (provided by the climate cafe in the library). \nGreat thank you to the Library and the Campus Staff for their hosting and support of our events.
